Senior Digital Marketing Technical Campaign Developer

As an experienced Adobe campaign developer working in a team-based environment, you’ll provide technical expertise for new and existing campaign builds. This role is especially suited for you if you are an Adobe Campaign platform expert and have the skills to make the team grow.

We are a multifunctional team, so you’ll enjoy opportunities to work across the business on a wide variety of challenges, including non-campaign development work such as data-loading processes, schemas, input forms, and vendor integration. You pride yourself on uncovering secrets and fixing things once and for all.

This role requires technical and business acumen. You’ll embrace change and enjoy rapidly learning new skills and technologies used to improve both yourself and the solutions you develop. No two days will be the same.You’ll provide technical expertise and client support for new and existing campaign builds in a team-based environment. This role is especially suited for someone who enjoys working across the business on a wide variety of challenges.

Important

  • You must already have permission to work in the EU.
  • Occasional European travel will be required.
  • Note this is a technical role, not marketing.

What you’ll do

  • Develop junior consultants through training, reviewing builds, and QAing their work.
  • Translate client requirements into campaign workflows, perform analyses for clients, answer client questions, and provide ongoing support.
  • Create new- and maintain-existing campaigns while learning client business systems and processes to understand their needs better.
  • Work with clients who require technical expertise to solve their issues. You will be highly valued for offering creative improvement ideas, developing solid ideas, implementing new solutions, and creating new ways of working.
  • Continually help the team be successful.
  • Work together daily with our entire client portfolio.
  • Possibly deliver customer presentations and training.

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum of several years’ experience with Adobe Campaign Classic.
  • Experience with programming, software development, data analysis, technical support, and/or a degree in physics, chemistry, biology, math, or information technology.
  • Ability to achieve results in a team as well as independently.
  • English level C1 or higher.

Skills that’d be nice for you to have

  • Programming and/or other technical experience.
  • Data, database, and/or ETL experience.
  • JavaScript, SQL, XML.
  • Experience with other marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Selligent, IBM Watson Marketing Cloud, Unica, and/or Silverpop).
  • Consultancy and/or client-management experience.

  • Permanent contract after the six-month trial period.
